1. How does the Refer & Glow Scheme Work?

When you refer a friend for a facial aesthetics treatment at Cool Smiles Clinic, and they complete and pay for their treatment, you’ll receive £50 via bank transfer. As a bonus, your friend will also receive £50 off their first treatment.

Anyone who hasn’t had a treatment at Cool Smiles Clinic before! Your friend must be a new client to qualify for both the discount and your reward.

Only facial aesthetics treatments qualify for this referral program. This includes treatments like anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and Skin Boosters. Skincare products or dental treatments are not eligible.

When your friend books their appointment, they simply need to mention your name. The £50 will be automatically deducted from their first facial aesthetics treatment at the clinic.

Once your referred friend completes and pays for their treatment, you’ll receive your £50 by bank transfer within 7–10 business days. We’ll contact you for your bank details if we don’t already have them.

No limit at all! You can refer as many friends as you’d like. You’ll receive £50 for each successful referral.

  • Referral reward applies only to new clients referred for facial aesthetics treatments at Cool Aesthetics Clinic.

  • Referred Client must be clinically fit and suitable for proposed treatment. 

  • Referred client must complete and pay for their treatment for referrer to qualify.

  • Only facial aesthetics treatments qualify. General dental treatments or skincare products are not eligible for this scheme.

  • Referrers will be paid £50 via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

  • Referral must be tracked using the referrer’s full name at the time of booking.

  • Cool Aesthetics and Smile & Skin Centre reserve the right to end or modify the scheme at any time.

  • If a referred person cancels, no-shows, or doesn’t complete the treatment, the referrer will not receive the reward.

  • The £50 discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless stated.

  • Smile & Skin Centre and Cool Aesthetics reserve the right to Decline a referral if fraud or misuse is suspected
